Growing up in a family of Vietnamese immigrants, I learned early on the values of perseverance, adaptability, and a relentless work ethic. My father, a former battalion captain who fought alongside US soldiers during the Vietnam War, instilled in me the belief that no matter the circumstance, success is within reach if you're committed to your vision. Watching my family rebuild their lives from the ground up, I understood that the key to thriving wasn't just hard work but also clarity of purpose and a relentless pursuit of growth.
